Let's Destroy Some Characters!

Victor’s always been a jerk. But having his grandson Brady kidnapped and placed in drug rehab without telling Marlena or John is just plain cruel and very unVictorlike. Oh sure John doesn’t remember Brady since his “death” and resurrection / brainwashing. But seriously making Marlena and family worry just so he could get back at Chloe for “hooking” his grandson on drugs seems evil even for Victor.

Speaking of Brady being hooked on drugs…this came out of freaking no where. He was homesick so he turned to drugs? Hello! His father is stinking rich. His grandfather is stinking rich. Either one would’ve gladly chartered a private jet for him at any point to come home to visit. Brady may have been a jerk at first to Marlena but the guy was moral and upstanding. I mean he loved Chloe when she was ghoul girl while Phillip was merely dating her because of a stupid bet. I don’t care what you writers tell me I refuse to believe he would do drugs.

Do the writers think we are STUPID?

In another ill-conceived ploy to keep Sami and EJ together, today he received word that his VISA has expired. He states, “I'm married, I have a family, this is ridiculous!”

What makes it even more ridiculous is that EJ is an AMERICAN CITIZEN!!! Oh sure he has that nice English accent because he was raised over in England. But he was born in AMERICA (in Salem) to Susan who was AMERICAN. By my calculations that makes him an AMERICAN! Therefore he can’t be deported.

Hey Writers!

You obviously want me to enter a mental institution. I am sure my neighbors have there fingers at the ready to call the police to take me away.

There have been many a time where I have yelled at the TV for whatever was said during an episode of your show. I expect a writer to know their characters and the families of those characters. So when you had Stephanie comforting Max and acting like she didn’t just lose anyone I yelled at my TV louder than I think I ever have.

Let me give you a tiny little lesson in the family tree. It is so simple. Check this out: Grandpa Shawn and Caroline have a number of kids. One happens to be Kayla and another one, which they adopted, happens to be Max. Kayla has a daughter which she named Stephanie.

So when you have on my television screen Stephanie comforting Max because his father has just died, you kind of need to show that Stephanie is grieving too because her GRANDFATHER has just died! Because who they are/should be grieving for are the same person!

What are you writers thinking!?! I mean REALLY!?!

OMG, a Cliffhanger!

Finally! An episode I can get behind! Days’ Friday episode was pretty great.

Earlier in the week was such a snooze fest! Other than the hilarious one-liners from John, so many people were saying the same things over and over again. I wanted everyone to shut up! Especially in the airplane when the oxygen was starting to deplete. Why on earth would you talk so much when the air is getting thinner by the minute?

I was so happy when Chloe passed out so I wouldn’t have to here her yapping nonsense. She was the most irritating person on that plane.

All the actors were pretty horrid when it came to acting like it was cold and hard to talk in the plane. All except for Mary Beth Evans as my partner in crime, Stephanie, stated. We both thought she should start the Mary Beth Evans School of Acting for her Days co-stars.

Also, the fact that everyone supposedly had to share their masks yet Marlena and Kayla had their own. Kayla I understand, she has the baby, but Marlena not sharing when Bo, Hope and Grandpa Shawn all were using the same one. Hey Marlena how about moving next to Grandpa Shawn and take turns using the mask!

Friday’s episode had many elements to make a great show: It finally became a very scary bumpy airplane ride, a heartfelt goodbye speech (though I wish it could have been better) by Grandpa Shawn to Hope and Kayla, Bo realizing his dad gave up his life for him, relief that everyone could breath again though frightened because the plane is still going down and fast, and finally a Friday cliffhanger!

Can’t wait to see the after math of the plane crash!

Hooray for Infidelity!

I have been a HUGE Belle and Shawn fan for ages but for some reason, I am loving that Belle is totally cheating on Shawn with Phillip.

I usually hate these storylines. So I don't know why I suddenly love this?

I cannot deny the fact that James Scott is completely hot! Despite this fact, the character he plays EJ Wells is so not hot. How can this be?

Maybe cause his smugness is completely irritating.

And he is a total stalker.

This didn't help either.

Which is why I can't wait until someone shoots his crazy ass!

What's Up With Stefano?

So Stefano talks about this great love between Colleen and Santo and how Colleen was the most beautiful Brady! Blah, blah, blah. So why now all of a sudden does he hate Colleen for taking away his father, Santo, from his mother? And WHY does he want Colleen and Santo’s souls to be brought together through the marriage of EJ and Sami?!?

And by the way wouldn’t that have been a better reason for this VENDETTA? Stefano vowing to ruin the Bradys because of what Colleen did, rather than a stupid deathbed letter from Santo to Stefano?

And another thing, Stefano is telling EJ to not harm a child, because he would not do that. Um, Stefano I know it has been a while, but what about Sami and Eric, or how about Rex and Cassie?
